PLEASE PROVIDE A PICTURE OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AND A PICTURE OF THE SERIAL NUMBER
HOW TO FILE A PUMP CLAIM
1. Complete the form below.
2. Attach the physical pump labels paper.
3. Include the claim ID number pictured below which will be generated on the Thank You receipt after your fill out the form below.
For all other defective parts, pictures of the defective part must be uploaded.
Returning the physical part is not required

Jets, Valves, Plumbing, Diverters, LED light strands, Electrical cables, Jet bodies, Wall fittings, etc.
Two pictures of the complete part showing the defect is required.
