Shell Structure/ Acrylic Surface Claim Form
The shell structure is defined as the shell below the acrylic finish, The acrylic surface is defined as the finished visible portion of the spa shell.
Spa Skirting
Claim Form
Skirting/Cabinets panels are warranted against cracking and blistering for a period of one year. Normal wear, fading, discoloration, weathering, or slight bowing of the skirting panels may occur under certain conditions and are excluded from the limited warranty.
Spa Cover
Claim Form
A spa cover is supplied with every spa and is provided with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Covers that are purchased as replacements are also provided this same warranty.
Spa Component or Plumbing Claim Form
Defective components or plumbing originally installed on the spa by the manufacture at the time of purchase. Items such as spa packs, pumps, topside controls, led lighting components, jets, etc.
Purchased Replacement Parts Claim Form
Parts or components that are purchased for replacement (was not covered under the spa warranty) are provided with a one-year replacement warranty.
